At Rivendell Farm of Oneonta we produce a variety of wool products, as well as honey and products made from our beeswax.  We avoid using pesticides as it is bad for the bees, the sheep and you.  We avoid chemical fertilizers, and our chickens, sheep, and llama provide us with plenty of manure for composting and  enriching the soil.  We use natural dyes from renewable sources like logwood, poke, Queen Anne's Lace, and other plants - many of which we harvest from our farm.  We will also  create colors using synthetic dyes, but are very careful with disposal and mordants.
